Custodian

Location: Artesia, NM Schedule: Full-time M-F | Varies Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 Depending on Experience Closing Date: Open Until Filled

Join Tresco, Inc. as a Custodian and play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities. Your contribution helps ensure a welcoming environment for our staff and the public we serve.

Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms Vacuum all carpeted areas and ensure all surfaces are sanitized Notify maintenance of any repair needs Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care

• Education: High School diploma or GED required

• Experience: Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, but we'll train the right candidate!

• License: Valid driver's license required

• Background: Must pass background check and driver's license record check

• Clearance: Must be eligible to secure and maintain an NACI clearance (for federal positions)

Ability to work independently and with a team Reliable, responsible, and ready to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to handle cleaning in a busy or public environment Bilingual skills a plus!
