The position includes standard janitorial work: mopping, trash removal, etc. Applicant must have dependable transportation, be drug free, and have a clean background check. Hours: 5:30pm-7:00pm. Compensation: $8.00; pay may increase after 90 days. Employment type: part-time. Other duties may be assigned:/pulliPerform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures/liliCleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment etc../liliMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment./liliUse proper PPE where required/liliOpens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required./lili1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required/liliWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn./liliExperience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus./liliThe ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must./liliContribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time/liliHas respect and understanding for co-workers and customers/liliMust be able to communicate in English/li/ulh3Physical Demands and Qualifications/h3ulliConstant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.
