ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Specialty: CT Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Travel Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. 750 referral bonus available CT Technologist - CT Tech Coordinate and participate in all computerized tomography scanning procedures • Set up, monitor and operate complex computerized equipment for diagnostic purposes • Provide required patient identification and obtain vital information concerning allergies and medical history • Make and develop images for permanent patient files and record studies on magnetic tape • Maintain image quality and perform daily calibration and quality control of equipment • Responsible for electronic/digital image capture, storage, transfer, and copy • Monitor patients for allergic reactions and assist with emergency medical situations including basic CPR • Maintain cleanliness of working environment and ensure supplies are maintained within inventory levels • Assist Radiologists and physician specialists in specialized radiological procedures • Review and record pertinent patient history and clinical data to aid in diagnosis • Work every other weekend schedule with possible on-call responsibilities • Phillips equipment experience required • Travel experience preferred • Must maintain Registry in accordance with regulatory agency requirements Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center with advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities.
