Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview The CT Technologist is responsible for performing specialized computed tomography procedures in accordance with organizational policies and established professional standards of care. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, sound judgment, and critical thinking skills to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging while prioritizing patient safety and quality outcomes.
Shift Details Nights, 7p-7a, 3x12, one shift is at a sister hospital
Shift differentials available for night shift

Key Responsibilities Prepare and position patients for CT procedures using appropriate immobilization devices
Operate CT equipment and adjust exposure factors to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
Apply radiation safety and protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff
Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Ensure imaging meets quality, regulatory, and professional standards
Maintain required licensure and complete continuing education
Comply with all federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT-R certification required
ARRT-CT certification or eligibility
State of Nebraska Medical Radiographer license
One of the following: 1–2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
Successful completion of an approved CT externship program Strong attention to detail and patient-centered care skills
