Trauma Level: N/A (Critical Access Hospital)
Points of Service: 3
The Care Team Model
Structure: CRNA-only
Autonomy: Fully independent model
Relationship: CRNAs have great working relationships with hospital staff.
General Surgery: 100% bread and butter cases (e.g., cataracts, GI/endo, ENT/tonsils)
Orthopedics: Small Ortho only (no joints)
Regional Anesthesia Program: N/A
Shift Types: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
Call Details: 2 weeks of call per quarter
EMR System: EPIC
