Cota - Travel Contract

We‘re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Lakeside, AZ. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Arizona COTA license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to work within a team under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Client requirement: availability for a 32-hour weekly schedule, 5 days per week (per client notes).
• Preferred: prior experience with geriatric populations, ADL retraining, mobility aids, and restorative nursing programs.

• Schedule: 4x8 shifts (per client notes).
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
