What You’ll Own
- Lead all accounting operations: GL, AR/AP, billing, treasury
- Own monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting
- Deliver sharp financial insights, forecasts, and management reports
- Run budgeting process and support strategic planning
- Oversee audits (financial, 401k, WC) and compliance reporting
- Improve systems, automate processes, and elevate accuracy
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing accounting team
What You Bring
- CPA required
- 5+ years as a Controller (public accounting a plus)
- Experience in a multi-entity industry is a plus
- Strong leadership + ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel & accounting systems experience
