About the Role
Corporate Attorney - IL Licensed, this full-time remote contract position requires an experienced attorney to support cross-border projects, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with legal and business teams. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements Support commercial initiatives and general corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on legal analysis and regulatory filings Required Qualifications Juris Doctor with 7 or more years of experience Active member in good standing of a U.S. state or Canadian provincial bar Experience in the insurance or regulated industry Strong commercial contracting experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
