About the Role
Floor & Decor - - Responsibilities: Supervise a team of 5 or more employees and their workflow to ensure maximum service levels are maintained; Ensure safe and timely loading/unloading of inbound trucks and containers; Manage the receipt of inbound purchase orders and transfers into the distribution center including all documentation and relevant communication regarding discrepancies; Review daily priorities with leadership and adjust appropriately according to replenishment needs; Coordinate the labeling and shipment of all outbound transfers from the distribution center, including all documentation, system updates, and internal and external communication
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 5+ employees to maintain service levels
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics within the distribution center
- Ensure loading/unloading and documentation for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Experience supervising logistics/warehouse teams
- Strong understanding of inbound/outbound distribution processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
