Job Description: Generate and process customized quotes and renewals for timely delivery 95+ days in advance of renewal dates Maintain accurate account data and deal tracking in Salesforce Monitor and triage inbound customer requests, escalating when needed Support Account Manager by handling administrative and operational tasks Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or administrative role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a process driven mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Clear written and verbal communication skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Benefits: competitive salary flexible work arrangements
