Insomnia Cookies - - Responsibilities: Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store; Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion; Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone; Use Insomnias delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers; Maintain knowledge of delivery radius and drive safely to each location
