Key Responsibilities of the Controller
- Own all aspects of plant financial management, including monthly close, reporting, budgeting, cash management, and cost accounting
- Proactively support FP&A activities: budget to actuals, variance analysis, and financial insight for operational decisions
- Ensure transactional integrity (AP/AR, payroll, tax, reconciliations) and compliance with internal policies and audits
- Streamline and upgrade local accounting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel/ERP exposure
