Our client, a progressive manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to join their Accounting department. Great opportunity for a Controller seeking growth and development.
Salary Range: K + 10% Bonus

Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Directs and coordinates company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of
divisions and departments. - Monitors and analyzes monthly operating results against budget.
- Oversees daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepares financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
- Works with department managers and staff to develop five year and ten year business
plans for the company. - Establishes and implements short and long-range departmental goals, objectives,
policies, and operating procedures. - Directs financial audits and provides recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Provides financial statement reporting and analysis, cash flow analysis, budgeting and
forecasting. - Manages account payable, receivable, budgeting, planning financial reporting, general
ledger and fixed assets. - Directs month end closings, financial reporting and coordination of audits (work with
outside auditors).
Qualifications Preferred of the Controller:
- Bachelors in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred
- 5-7 Years’ Experience in managing direct reports.
- 10 Years’ Experience
