About the Role

Role Overview
Defines what the company says to the market and ensures content supports sales and customer conversations. This role turns capability and industry-aligned messaging into clear, useful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to industry leaders, proposal strategists, sales enablement, and commercial marketing leadership to translate business priorities into clear, compelling content narratives and programs.
  • Develop content themes aligned to capabilities and industries
  • Create thought leadership and sales-support content (blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, email newsletters and templates, reports, social content, etc.)
  • Structure content for case studies, narratives, and campaigns
  • Ensure consistency across all content and messaging
  • Continuously update content based on feedback and market needs
  • Project manage the full campaign & content creation lifecycle including: gathering insights from key stakeholders, developing the project brief, confirming channel-plan and execution strategy, working with copy/design team for project development, ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives, and supporting the publishing and promotion of final content outputs.
  • Captures projects and status in content calendar.
  • Regularly report on competitor insights and market trends and translate them into content execution as appropriate

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years in content strategy, marketing content, or related roles
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • Experience creating content for B2B or complex offerings
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Experience with content calendar creation and management (Asana, other)
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing planning and activation in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with social media (posting, monitoring engagement/comments, etc.) is a plus (LinkedIn, Instagram, Sprout Social)
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal), CRM (salesforce) and Enablement Platforms (Highspot) a plus.
