About the Role

Compensation: $170,000–$225,000 per year. Additional: 1‑week Christmas bonus, vehicle/allowance. Salary is based on skills and experience. Location Hollywood, FL. Onsite preferred, hybrid possible for the right candidate. Must Haves (Qualifications) 5+ years experience in construction law or real estate law. Experience with construction defect litigation. Strong contract review and negotiation background. Excellent organization, communication, and executive presence; will report directly to executive. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to provide legal oversight for housing and real estate development projects. This newly created role is a top executive priority and will serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Director, Legal Department, and Construction/Real Estate teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead legal liaison for the department, supporting ongoing litigation and related construction matters. Review, draft, and approve contracts tied to real estate and infrastructure projects. Advise leadership on compliance, permitting, and risk mitigation across housing and development initiatives. Partner closely with the Legal Department to manage agreements, land use, and construction law issues. Support broader community projects as development expands. Reports directly to the Executive Director. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Interview process: video interview, final onsite with executives. Start Date: ASAP. Employment Details Full‑time.
