About the Role
HEI Hotels + Resorts - - Responsibilities: Assist with guest needs and requests to ensure positive guest experience; Answer questions regarding or making reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, and other services; Provide directions to hotel facilities or events; Notify/assist guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages; Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions
