About the Role
Legends - - Responsibilities: Supervise and support concessions staff during games and special events to ensure smooth, efficient operations; Train, coach, and motivate team members on customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures; Ensure all concession stands comply with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations; Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation standards; Manage inventory and tracking food, beverage, and supply levels
