Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job
About the Role
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Sahuarita, AZ as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will follow physician imaging orders, administer contrast agents per protocol, and operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic studies for inpatient and outpatient populations. You will perform CT procedures across anatomical regions and support interventional, fluoroscopic, portable, and OR imaging as needed while adhering to departmental protocols and radiation safety practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- ARRT registration in Radiography (XR) and CT required.
- State of Arizona XR and CT licensure required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical CT technologist experience required.
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CT procedures including head, neck, chest, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and image-guided biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Knowledge of contrast media administration, CT system processing, cross-sectional anatomy, and surgical/sterile procedures.
- Preferred: experience with GE CT scanners and Cerner imaging/RIS, but not required.
