Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job
About the Role
Become a vital part of a Grand Blanc, MI hospital team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Tech experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography with CT registry eligibility as applicable.
- BLS certification.
- Experience administering intravenous contrast media and monitoring patients for reactions, including use of power injectors (client-specific requirement).
- Experience performing CT procedures in a hospital setting (client-specific requirement).
- Ability to perform manual control of CT equipment and set up protocols based on anatomy (client-specific requirement).
- Preferred: Additional experience performing general diagnostic radiology examinations.
