Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job

About the Role

Become a vital part of our team as an experienced CT Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, operate CT equipment, position and instruct patients, determine technical exposure factors, and ensure correct labeling and safe, quality patient care.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent)
  • Current ARRT registration in Computed Tomography (or ARRT with CT experience as required by client)
  • BLS certification
  • Client requires experience with Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice CT or similar multi-slice CT scanners. (Preferred)
  • Two years diagnostic imaging experience desirable; cross-sectional anatomy knowledge required.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 40 pounds and perform moderate to heavy physical effort using proper body mechanics.
  • Must be able to take call as required by the facility.
  • Candidate must be able to perform procedures of an invasive nature per facility protocol.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient
  • Shift Name: Evenings
  • Shift Days: Monday to Friday
  • Shift Hours: 1500 to 2330
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
  • Assignment Length: 13 week assignment
  • Must be willing to take call.
