Computed Tomography Technologist – Full Time
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client in Wrangell, AK, at a skilled nursing facility. The CT Technologist will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials per protocol, and operate CT imaging equipment. The role requires delivering age-appropriate care across the lifespan and assessing patient status to identify imaging needs consistent with departmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or CT.
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience preferred.
- Experience performing CT imaging and administering contrast media.
- Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations typical of skilled nursing facility settings.
- Ability to follow institutional policies and procedures and to document imaging studies accurately.
- Willingness to work Mid Shift. Position is full time, days.
