About the Role

PEDIATRIC OTOLARYNGOLOGIST

The Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery of the University of Illinois Chicago and the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist who has completed a fellowship and who qualifies for a faculty appointment at or above the Assistant Professor level. In this role, the candidate will build a comprehensive clinical practice, teach residents and medical students, among other duties. This position will practice at our main campus as well as off-site locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to help expend our ENT program while serving patients throughout Chicago area.

This is a full-time faculty position, with tenure-track and rank to be determined commensurate with interest and experience.

As part of the largest medical school in the US, those interested in pursuing clinical or translational research will find a supportive infrastructure.

Duties and interest to include providing direct patient care, supervising residents and medical students, and pursuing clinical or translational research.

The base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $300,000, based on rank and in addition to supplemental compensation, approximately $100,000-$150,000 per year.
