Job Details
We are seeking a real estate attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our Dallas office. Candidates must have experience with real estate transactions, drafting purchase and sale agreements and real estate finance. Ideal candidates will have experience with agreements related to power infrastructure, real estate development, zoning, entitlements, and land use.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Commercial Real Estate Attorney position possesses the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Experience from an Am Law 100 firm
