About the Role
EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements; Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems; Conducts routine painting, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep facilities in like-new condition; Repairs and maintains walls, floors, doors, and performs touch-up work; Performs minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements
