The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting data governance initiatives, managing metadata, and ensuring data quality across the organization. This position requires a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration with various teams to drive data governance solutions and enhance data quality processes.

A hands-on practitioner of the Collibra Data Governance platform, you will work in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to Agile teams while supporting the implementation and enforcement of data governance practices.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting data governance initiatives, managing metadata, and ensuring data quality across the organization. This position requires a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration with various teams to drive data governance solutions and enhance data quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance: Utilize the Collibra Data Governance Platform to manage and govern enterprise data assets effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data owners, stewards, and stakeholders to define and enforce data policies, standards, and best practices.
- Metadata Management: Analyze and document data requirements, workflows, and metadata, ensuring comprehensive data governance.
- Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Business Needs Translation: Translate business needs into actionable user stories and tasks within Agile frameworks.
- Design & Implementation: Assist in the design and implementation of data governance solutions and workflows.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Monitor data quality and compliance issues, proactively driving remediation efforts.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to data users on Collibra platform best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience working with the Collibra Data Governance platform.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience in data analysis, metadata management, and data quality concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and support Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices.
- Experience with Data Analytics & Insights tools like ignio AIOps.
- Familiarity with front-end UI technologies (Angular, TypeScript, CSS, HTML).
- Mobile development knowledge (iOS - Swift, Android - Java).
- Collibra Data Governance expertise.
- Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong data analysis, metadata management, and data quality skills.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in data governance, metadata management, and data analysis.
