About the Role
CommCare - 781 Natchitoches Highway - Responsibilities: Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs; Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention; Records information on the electronic health record; Provides laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities; Perform any other tasks assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing

Qualifications
- CNA certification or equivalent license
