About the Role
UnitedHealth Group - - Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders; Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed; Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system; Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
