About the Role
Marshfield Clinic - 1000 2nd Street South - Responsibilities: Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse; Assists with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs; Assists residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; Assists with meals, dining, and hydration to create a positive dining experience; Documents resident interactions and communicates changes in condition to the charge nurse
