About the Role
Marshfield Clinic - - Responsibilities: Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.; Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.; Communicates resident's changing condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse.; Assists residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provides range of motion and passive exercises.; Assists residents with meals and dining, including providing water and supplements as appropriate.
