About the Role
LCS Senior Living - 80 Heritage Road - Responsibilities: Provides care to residents according to each residents individualized plan of care and according to facility policies and procedures.; Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.; Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.; Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.; Answers signal lights promptly.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- CNA certification
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care setting
- Ability to follow individualized care plans
