Dunkin' Donuts - 2560 North Rock Road - Responsibilities: Coach and develop crew members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience; Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members; Provide coaching and feedback to crew members; Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant and resolve guest issues; Drive sales goals and results and ensure brand standards are followed
