About the Role
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership-focused RN role, you will coordinate patient flow, oversee daily clinical operations, and support evidence-based nursing practice on the unit. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator mentors and guides nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards while promoting patient-centered care. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, assist with staffing and scheduling, support staff education, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
