Clinic Rn - Primary Care \"part Time\"

The primary role is to develop the Medical Assistant Teams and Medical Assistant Leads at SCL Health Medical Group Clinics with a focus on workflows, protocols and team building and development. This role will strongly collaborate with the Clinic Managers and partner with Process Improvement, Ambulatory Informatics, Pharmacy and other system resources.

Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) course completion card from the American Heart Association Two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor’s of Nursing 3+ years of clinical nursing experience. Primary care nursing &/or Specialty care experience preferred.1+ years of leadership/management including process improvement and change management experience.
