About the Role

Hartford Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit healthcare system in Connecticut, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment for patients across our network of hospitals and care facilities. Working closely with radiologists, nurses, and other members of the care team, you will position patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure images meet established quality standards while adhering to ALARA and all radiation safety protocols. The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for accurately documenting procedures in the electronic medical record, maintaining imaging equipment and exam rooms in a clean and ready state, and following department workflows, infection prevention practices, and regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate within an inclusive, team-based culture that emphasizes compassion, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.
