About the Role
CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist Assistant to lead our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you’ll balance hands-on PTA care with clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment and a seamless patient experience. You will supervise and schedule staff, manage daily workflows, support referrals and authorizations, and uphold documentation and compliance standards. At CORA, you’ll join a collaborative, patient-first team with access to mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities while helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence in a supportive, community-focused setting.
