About the Role
Wesley Woodlawn Hospital&ER, part of the Wesley Healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Clin Nurse Coord to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this key clinical leadership role, you will coordinate and provide high-quality nursing care for patients in our acute care and emergency department environment within our state-of-the-art facility. You will function as both a hands-on bedside nurse and a unit-based clinical resource, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care across your assigned shift.
The Clin Nurse Coord is responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. You will monitor patient conditions, respond rapidly to changes in status, and administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with hospital policies and evidence-based practice. You will oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of the nursing team, supporting RNs, LPNs, and support staff to maintain optimal patient flow and high standards of care in both the hospital and ER settings.
