Janitor Position
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Duties- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floors through effective floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Handle commercial cleaning duties in office buildings, restrooms, and common areas.
- Support industrial cleaning efforts in a manufacturing environment.
- Participate in facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve cleanliness goals.
