This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience in a stable, growing practice with consistent caseloads and strong work-life balance. Why This Role Stands Out * Hybrid schedule (only 1 in-office day/week after training) * Predictable 9-5 hours (rare for litigation roles) * Strong, steady pipeline of cases (no business development required) * Exposure to court appearances, depositions, and trial work What You'll Do * Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and administrative proceedings * Handle all aspects of civil litigation , including: * * Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs * Managing written discovery * Taking and defending depositions * Trial preparation and participation * Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently * Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates * Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies What We're Looking For (MUST-HAVES) * J.D. + Active Illinois Bar License (Required) * 3-7 years of civil litigation experience * Experience with court appearances, motion practice, and discovery * Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills * Ability to manage a caseload independently Preferred Experience * Real estate, HOA, or community association law * Mediation, arbitration, or trial experience Compensation & Benefits * Starting salary $115,000+ (DOE) * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, and more Schedule * Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * 60-90 days in-office training → then hybrid (1 day/week in office) Apply Here -Associate-Attorney-3-7-years-exp Company Description Growing organization with innovative processes and resources.
