About the Role
Legends - - Responsibilities: Set and strike tables, chairs, stages and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner; Read and interpret event schedules and diagrams and use that information to develop and communicate a task plan for each shift; Work with peers and direct the work efforts of part-time personnel to accomplish all tasks needed for setting up, monitoring, and changing over events; Assist in general cleaning and upkeep of all interior and exterior areas of the facility; Completing necessary paperwork for events and temp staff records

- Experience coordinating with event staff
- Ability to read schedules/diagrams
