- Model Type: Independent CRNA Practice
- Shift: Mon-Fri (7am-3pm)
- Patient Volume: TBD
- Cases: Must be comfortable with Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks (most blocks are done in pre-op), Adductor Canal, TAP, Ipack, Interscalene, Lower extremity/popliteal and very little PECS.
- License: WI license
- Call: Weeknight call every other night (3pm-7am), Weekend call every other weekend
- EMR: Epic
- Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care as CRNA in inpatient setting
- Manage spinal, epidural, nerve blocks on patients
- Coordinate with Epic EMR for patient care
Qualifications
- CRNA license in Wisconsin
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- BLS/ACLS
