Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 1 – 4x10 non-consecutive and 1 - 3x12 non-consecutive. Full time only. Required Cases: general, endoscopy, cath/IR, orthopedics, urology Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: 99% of the time, its direction, but could be a supervision occasionally Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days License required or willing to license: Active Florida State License required
