About the Role
Sanford Health - 700 Waverly Road - Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse; Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and obtaining and recording vital signs; Assist residents in transferring, repositioning, standing, and walking with proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises; Assist residents with meals and dining; ensure hydration and supplements as appropriate; Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse; monitor and report resident condition
