About the Role
Interim HealthCare - - Responsibilities: Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients at home or in facilities; Work with a team to deliver excellent patient care; Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake; Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises; Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment
