Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities: Prepares and administers medication to residents under the direction of the nursing staff; Observes residents for side effects, interactions and implications of common medicines; Assists residents during mealtimes and feeds residents that need full assistance; Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident's electronic health record; Respects privacy, follows HIPAA requirements, and follows safety procedures
