About the Role
The Kroger Company - 1032 Sagamore Parkway West - Responsibilities: Greet, engage and assist customers.; Process customer transactions through the check lane quickly, accurately, and efficiently.; Understand the POS system and handle tenders (Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, Offline SNAP EBT, WIC, Rain checks, coupons) according to policy.; Adhere to company guidelines on cash shortages/overages and prevent loss.; Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions about products.
