About the Role
Lutheran Senior Life - - Responsibilities: Provides physical assistance and attendant care to home care clients in their place of residence; Provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) for home care clients only; Independently visit patients in their homes; Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in providing service to frail elder clients according to assigned responsibilities and Home Care standards; This is a field position with a designated home office location and the incumbent is expected to travel when visiting patients in their homes
