About the Role
Cogir Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed, while adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety; Prioritize independence and emotional support for the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship; Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs; Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds, tidying rooms, etc.; Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff

Qualifications
- Experience in memory care or elderly care preferred
- Ability to assist with ADLs
- Hospice or dementia care training a plus
