Types of Cases: general cardiac surgery, emergency cases ·
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days ·
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner ·
Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) ·
Licensure Required: Board Certified; Board Eligible. Active Pennsylvania License

Qualifications
- board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon
- cardiothoracic surgery fellowship or equivalent
- active Pennsylvania medical license
