Opportunity Highlights Competitive compensation: $550,000-$615,000 based on call participation

Established and stable call structure with additional compensation opportunities

Approximately 25% cardiac case mix within a broad general anesthesiology practice

Practice across 22 anesthesia sites with strong surgical volume and variety

Collaborative, team-oriented environment with established leadership

Credentialing within the Northwestern Medicine system, including opportunities for cardiac case and call participation at affiliated sites

Growing cardiac program with future expansion of surgical capabilities under development
