About the Role

Business System Analyst Sr (Database/API) As a Business System Analyst Senior within PNC’s Digital Payments organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, or Denver, CO. You will support API integrations, translating business requirements into clear API specifications, validating data mappings, and partnering with engineering and QA to ensure reliable integrations. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile principles to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements. Expertise in system analysis methodologies, including data modeling, process mapping, and requirements gathering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Manual testing experience. Minimum of a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service). This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
